What broke

Running all five personas concurrently produced a wall of simultaneous text nobody could read.

A paced director that gives one persona the floor at a time turned the same output into an actual conversation.

Approach

Five investor personas in a 3D boardroom, each grounded by RAG in a real corpus of their own writing and public positions, debating one at a time so the critique stays followable.
